You will receive the cash you need now while still retaining the right to receive some of your future payments.

1. You simply fax or email us the details of your real estate note. We will take your information and call you to answer any further questions that you may still have regarding the sale of your note.
2. We will analyze the information that you have provided, taking into consideration how much money you need, the purchaser's equity, down payment, payment history, term remaining, interest rate, current balance on the note, as well as the credit rating of the buyer. We will then calculate the highest possible price for your note, formulate a quote and send you a written offer via email. We also normally follow up with a phone call to answer any questions.
3. We will inform you of what documents that we will need to complete your transaction. You will either fax or overnight us copies of the documents we have requested along with the signed sale agreement.
4. We review all the documentation you submitted in a process called due diligence. During this process we will order a BPO or appraisal, order title work, and any other required documents.
5. Closing documents are sent to you at the closing agent of your choice, usually a title company in your area. You will sign the documents and surrender the original documents. Title Company will hand you a check and the transaction will be complete.
